We are present from the vine, through vinification to the marketing of our bottles of Champagne.
90% of our vineyard is located in the commune of Les Riceys, the largest wine-growing village in Champagne, but also the sole holder of the 3 Champagne Appellations: Champagne, Coteaux Champenois and the famous Rosé des Riceys.
This vineyard is planted on hillsides with very good exposure and on clay-limestone subsoil. For grape varieties, Pinot Noir represents 80% of our plots and 20% are Chardonnay.
The Riceys vineyard is renowned for its specific and unique terroir bringing exceptional maturity to our Pinot Noir, thus revealing grapes particularly suited to skin maceration.< La saignée > for the vinification of our rosé Champagne as well as our rosé des Riceys.
A modern and functional production tool to meet current challenges:
Our Winery
Vast, functional and modern, our new winery was built in 1993.
It is equipped with stainless steel tanks of different volumes.
A pneumatic press placed at a height to avoid load handling and the flow of grape juice by gravity.
A storage room, and mechanized chains for the production of bottles of Champagne with a dressing and shipping room.
It also houses a reception room for passing customers, and our administrative offices.
