The only village in Champagne to have three appellations (Champagne, Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux Champenois). The village of Les Riceys is recognized by its most extensive vineyard in Champagne and by the finesse of its wines.

A family business

Passionate and endowed with a know-how resulting from more than five generations, we develop our bottles from the vinification of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Joël Defrance and now Aurélien and Alexis have developed the production and marketing system in a more modern way while respecting ancestral methods.
